Read the terms and conditions of the Chocolate Music Top 25, stated by C&D Music Mix.
- Each participant is entitled/eligible to submit one entry form. If
multiple entry forms are received by the same participant, only the
first entry submitted by that participant will qualify; subsequent entry
forms submitted by that participant shall be disqualified.
- The participant must fill out a valid email address if he/she wants to win a prize.
- On the entry form first the participant's 5 most favorite songs are
selected, then the participant's 2 least favorite songs are selected.
- Incomplete entry forms will be disqualified.
- Every song can only be selected once.
All entry forms will be reviewed. C&D Music Mix initiates the Chocolate
Music Top 25, and, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to discard
entry forms, without liability.
C&D Music Mix will never share any information, received from participants,
with third parties.
